Setting minimum page width dependent blocks

PostAuthor: vannystick » Wed Oct 15, 2014 1:25 pm

I'm running the Xand theme on one of my boards which is based on Subsilver2. On topic pages I only use blocks on the left hand side.

I have a problem where the minimum page width is too narrow if i have the blocks visible, but just right if the blocks are hidden.

I understand the the blocks are shown/hidden through an on-click java event.

Is there a clever way for the java script to change the style sheet minimum width configuration dependent on whether the blocks are visible or hidden?

There are a few options but I'm not up to it at the minute (health issues), I look back later...
